		Short Blast Nozzles Airblast offers a full range of Short Straight Blast Nozzles for small diameter hoses used in Blast cabinets or portables. Available with tungsten or boron carbide liners with aluminium cases and fine or large threads. Internal diameters of 1/8” to 1/2” ensure you have the nozzle to suit your particular application. Boron Carbide is a hard wearing material, best suited to operations using aluminium oxide.
		Silicon Carbide Blast Nozzles Airblast’s own brand of ultra lightweight long life blast nozzles at very competitive prices. These Silicon Carbide long venturi wide throat blast nozzles will give you the greatest efficiency in terms of performance and long life with their design life of 1500 to 2000 hours. They will out-perform any other blast nozzle of its kind. With 50mm thread plastic impact resistant casing.
		Angled Blast Nozzles Side exit blast nozzles to reach those awkward areas. Available in sizes of 1/8”, through to 3/8” approximately 3” long with 50mm coarse thread. Tungsten Carbide lined. 		Boron Alloy Blast Nozzles Airblast’s Boron Alloy, cast flanged blast nozzles for those short contract jobs where everything is costed out. Secured with a lightweight nozzle retaining nut and flat nozzle gasket. The most economical solution to multiple nozzle size requirements. Suits all standard coarse Thread 1” and 11/4” nozzle holders.
		Tungsten Blast Nozzles Airblast's brand wide range of Tungsten Carbide blast nozzles are available in both long venturi and straight blast nozzle format. 		Blast Hose Quick Coupling Full range of blast hoses and pot couplings from stock of industry standard nylon, bronze or malleable iron. Suitable for blast hose size 1” to 2 1/8” outside diameters. Simply fit with screws or bonded couplings. Gaskets available for all types.
		Blast Nozzle Holders Extensive choice of stock industry standard blast nozzle holders in plastic and aluminium to suit most types of nozzles. Available with fine or 50mm coarse threads and nozzle retainers for the flanged nozzles (detail in above box). To fit 1/2”, 3/4”, 1” and 1 1/4” blast hoses up top 2 1/8” outside diameters. We can also supply bonded nozzle holders and couplings with test certificate if required.

		Abrasive Metering Values Steel grit valves and natural rubber liners together with forged steel tees, flanges and hex h/duty nipples in stock. Suitable for all types of metallic abrasives. Expendable media valves in sizes from 1/2” through to 1 1/4”. Monitoring abrasive flow correctly is the root to economical operations. Spares for all types available.

Airblast hose with its antistatic outer case and lightweight but tough internal knitted nylon ply gives you, the user, the best combination of wear, cost and safety benefits. Value for money is the top quality 12Bar working hose but if you need to cost in a hose for a contract we also supply 10Bar. Other sizes available on request. 		Suction Cup Blast Pistol Low cost blast pistol for use with silica free expendable media, works on very low air flows (6cfm). It is ideal for the occasional user to produce good quality finishes on small parts. Comes complete with 1ltr. cup for easy handling. Holds 2kg of media. Media sizes suitable for use include: Coarse Media (22.5mm) or Fine Media (0.21.7mm). We stock a full range of replacement parts.
		Water Injection Pump or Wet Blasting Wet blasting systems have been developed to combat the problem of residual salts on steel in marine or salt-laden areas. The unit is fitted with a rugged air-powered pump to induce rust inhibitors as required, on/off control at the nozzle. Allows finite control of fluid onto the surface, suppressing dust and removing coatings. One or two-operator pump units available.
		Aquablast Wethead Suppress dust and abrasive, fits quickly to standard blast nozzles. Works by forcing water into the blast stream as it exits the nozzle.
		Miniblaster Low cost, manual, pressure pot is ideal for the doing light surface cleaning on materials, such as cars or iron gates. Uses ultra fine abrasives to produce excellent results. Will work on a compressor as small as 13cfm.
