Panorama Blast Helmet
The Panorama CE Approved blast cleaning helmet offers good protection against grit and dust raised in blasting operations. The helmet, supported by an adjustable headband, made from fibreglass. With an outer rubber cover taking care of abrasion and absorbs noise. Fitted with elliptical lens holder with polycarbonate safety window and removable cape. PVC coated nylon, and cotton inner bib. Air supply hose is fitted to waist detachable muffler.

Apollo Blast Helmet
Regular readers will note the absence of one of the UK’s more popular Blasting Helmets over the last few additions. However this product has now been made available to us in a CE Approved form at new competitive rates, enabling us to include it in our range.

Protecta Blast Helmet
The Protecta helmet is manufactured from fibreglass, supported by an adjustable headband. Fitted with a large, oblong, hinged visor with a glass outer and acrylic inner lens. Detachable protective cape made from abrasion resistant PVC coated nylon attached to the helmet by a tension ring. Inner muffler zipped to the cape using a zip.

Model 41 Breathing Filter
Airblast Model 41 air breathing filter with pressure regulator. A seven stage filter which removes all oil, mist and vapour, down to 0.5 microns. Minimum spares requirement, with long-life cartridge, encased in a corrosion-proof plastic, incorporating the sealing gasket. 1/4” line takeoffs. Rugged steel construction. Free standing or wall mount to suit.

Climate Control Tubes
Climate control tubes are available in 2 versions: cool tube and warm/cool tube. Maintains optimum control over operator’s environment, creating increased productivity and comfort.

Fitted on control belts or direct from filter systems. The cool tube can reduce air temperature by up to 350°F, the warm/cool tube by 300°F either way. Both suit the model 41 filter. For certain helmets only fit a vortex warm/cool model.

Spares for other makes of Blast Helmet
Airblast’s own generic brand of helmet spares, including lenses and capes, manufactured to the highest standards from only first grade materials. This range is at the fore front of our ‘Sensible Pricing Policy.’

Safety Lenses
Airblast’s own generic brand safety lenses for all blasting helmets on the UK market: Apollo 60/50, Airblast 88, WV90 / WV Mk II, Noble, Panorama, Defender, Warrior, Black Knight, etc.

Outers (singles, pkts of 6, 100’s, tear-offs), inners and intermediates. Tear-off and lenses to suit Airblast, Pulsafe and other Spray Masks available. Give us a ring for your particular requirement.

Cobra face Visor
State-of-the-art, drop down helmet respirator. Stylish, perfectly balanced design means a safety product that is lightweight and comfortable to wear.

Incorporates on/off switch in visor and filter - no separate packs.

Rechargeable batteries available. Respiratory protection to EN146 TH2P.

CC20 Spray Mask
Airblast CC20 air fed spray mask gives excellent comfort for all operators spraying or working in dusty environments. A large, (6.5” x 14”/165mm x 350mm), lightweight window makes this mask superior to most. Available with tear-off lens if required. Designed to be used with the Airblast 41 filter and/or climate control tubes. Supplied complete with belt and air control.

Breathing Airlines
1/4” quality breathing air hose made from reinforced polyester with high quality, clear PVC liner. Fitted with 1/4” brass swivel couplings for ease. Tested for working pressures of up to 250psi, to BS 6066.

Helmet Disinfectant
Aerosol disinfectant spray to suit all types of protective helmets, ideal for blast helmets and paint spray hoods

Suitable for broad spectrum microbiocidal, together with fungicidal and algaecidal activity. Controls Legionelle Pneumophila.

This powerful formulation disinfectant spray prevents the spread of potentially dangerous germs. Aerosol container holds 400ml.

Ear Defenders and Plugs
Just part of a range of ear defenders, developed to meet widely differing individual requirements or site conditions. The products are suited to the most varying sources of noise, both indoor or outdoor, enabling you to work in greater safety and security. Slimline defenders provide greater comfort and mobility when worn beneath blast helmets.

Disposable ear plugs are also available.

3M Mask
Organic vapour/ particulate respirator for concentrations below 65oc, 10 x OEL or 1000ppm, whichever is lower. Suitable for use under COSHH meets EN405 FFA IPI. This quality, low cost mask is lightweight, adjustable and therefore ideal for many applications.

Hooded Inspection Suit
Heavy duty all cotton hooded inspection suit ideal for many operations in blasting and painting. Features: reinforced seat, knee and elbow sections: hood with tie-cord, elasticated cuffs and ankles with a crossover, velcro seal front.

Lightweight and at a reasonable price it is an ideal working suit for dirty operations.

Disposable Suits and Hoods
One-piece hooded zipped suits and hoods made from durable Tyvek. With sealed seams, they give excellent protection against paint splashes, rust and dust. Overshoes also available.

Protective Gloves and Footwear
Airblast stocks a wide range of protective leather, cotton and rubber blasting gloves, gauntlets, and surgical paint spraying gloves.

Protective Footwear is vital for safe blasting. Airblast stock a steel-capped shoes and boots-pull-on or laced, water, chemical or electrical resistant - for all site conditions. Over-shoes are also available. All boots exceed standards laid down by BS 659 with safety features to BS 1870.
