Dry Filter Spray Booths
Airblast's Dry Filter spray booths are designed to exceed the relevant inspectorate and guidance note requirements.
On top of this our area managers will discuss your individual processes taking on board the component size and shape, the level of over spray, the application method and the coating materials being applied to ensure the correct design of booth and spray booth filters are installed along with the correct application method and correct filter media, something very few suppliers consider.
The correct choice of filter media in a dry filter spray booth can make all the difference to the ongoing running costs and the compliance with the guidance notes, so the correct choice is essential. This includes the health and safety guidance notes but not limited to HSG178, HSG258, INDG408 and PG6/20, 23, 33 and 34A where relevant.
All booths are of a modular design making for economical and efficient installations, manufactured from high quality galvanised steel, easy to change filter media, smooth internal surfaces, generous headroom, include British low noise fans and over rated airflows to ensure compliance even with partially blocked filter media.
